All sales are final, whether you choose pickup or delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

Keeping our prices lower than the competition means keeping costs down. Our no-returns policy is one of the ways we do that: instead of building the cost of returns and exchanges into every purchase, we pass those savings on to you.

We’re always working to improve customer satisfaction, and your feedback helps shape what we offer. If you’d prefer a return option, let us know — we’re happy to revisit our pricing to make returns possible in the future. So far, our customers have preferred lower prices with no returns or exchanges.
