Modernary & Co. uses information to understand how the website is used, respond to inquiries, prepare delivery quotes, and arrange orders.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure visits, popular pages, traffic sources, and basic interactions such as scrolling and outbound-link clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information including browser and device details, pages visited, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We do not send your inquiry form contents to Google Analytics.

Inquiries and order requests

We receive the name, email address, product preference, and message you provide. For order requests, we also receive your quantity, pickup or delivery preference, and any country and postal or ZIP code you enter. We use these details to respond, check availability, and prepare a quote. Form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf. If you choose to send your request by email, your email provider processes the message.

Invoices and payments

When we prepare an order in Shopify, we enter the customer, order, and delivery details needed for the invoice and fulfillment. Payment details are entered in Shopify’s secure checkout, not in this website’s request form. Do not include card numbers or bank details in your message. Learn more in Shopify’s privacy policy.
